Four dedicated individuals laid the foundational pillars of the company, emphasizing the importance of diversity, gender balance, and psychological well-being. This commitment to core values was soon followed by a significant milestone: the arrival of the company's first product, DWAS, in Barcelona.

The company had expanded its infrastructure with the establishment of the finance and people & culture (P&C) teams, coinciding with the addition of another innovative product, Communities.
OCTOBER
The growth trajectory continued into October, as the team expanded to 30 members and two more products were introduced, marking an exciting period of rapid development and achievement.

The company began building the CRH department, marking the start of a new phase of growth and specialization.

The focus shifted to training, with 10 dedicated individuals undergoing preparation for their roles within CRH.

April was a particularly eventful month, as 20 more people joined the CRH team, and the company received its first support call, a significant milestone that underscored the department's importance. The team continued to expand rapidly, reaching 50 members by April and doubling to 100 by June.
